National parks, we can help you narrow down
your options to the best parks for wild life viewing. There are parks where
you have a 90 % chance of seeing a tiger in the wild and others wildlife is
scarce. We regularly visit National parks on the subcontinent, and are in
touch with the local people, giving us insight into
the realities beyond the glossy advertising campaigns. We can relieve you of
the complicated travel arrangements, to reach these parks, recommend and
book and carefully selected lodges.
A few
years ago India’s national parks could only be reached by a set of mind
bending logistical gymnastics and offered few accommodation options other
than pretty grim Government run lodges, This is all changing with new flight
routes to access the parks and some sensitively developed properties with
well trained & passionate guides. With the entry of high-end safari company
CC Africa into the Indian scene I feel things are looking up.
Arunanchal, Assam & Nagaland in the tribal far Northeast have
been off limits to all but a select few for many years. We will happily take
on the complicated logistics and permits required to visit these fascinating
wild lands. Many new travel opportunities have come about recently for
example cruises on the Brahma Putra River however in general its still very
basic up there.
